Production lead time is typically 5-10 business days after assembly approval. This time frame may vary, however, depending on the size of your order and the production of our other ongoing projects. We suggest you check with our production team. The deadline is calculated after final approval and not after sending the order.

We never run out of stock since we are a manufacturer and not an importer.

Samples are available at special prices. Contact us for more details. You can get them as a set or individually.

We offer packaging and multiple shipment services. Contact us for details.

If your account is not open, you will have to pay the entire order before production begins. We accept bank transfers, checks and Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. A 30-day credit limit may be granted upon acceptance of your credit opening application.
You will be charged an amount of $ 75.00 for bad checks. A 2% monthly fee will be added for unpaid orders after 30 days.

Overdue or overdue accounts will be closed or returned with prepayment.

Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can use our carrier (we work with Canada Post and Canpar) and charge you for delivery or use your carrier. All you need to do is provide us with your account number. At your convenience.

The setup fee is $ 60.00 (E).
